Is the API up? Check the public status page, or call GET /health (see Health).

What to include in a report

A good report gets a fast answer. Please include:

  • What you did: the endpoint and the options (format, mode, schema yes or no).
  • What happened: the HTTP status and the detail message.
  • When: the time of the request, with the time zone.
  • The job_id (or batch_id) if the request was asynchronous.
  • The file type and its size, and whether it is a scan.
